Warranty & Care

Danielle Miller Jewelry stands behind its work and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We will guarantee that your fine jewelry is free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for one year from time of purchase.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, accidental damage, or abuse.
We stand by our craftsmanship and we want your jewelry to last for a long time, even become an heirloom! With that said, jewelry does require care and maintenance, especially pieces that are worn more frequently.

Normal wear and tear happens, and you will need to maintain your piece over the years. That may include re-tipping of worn down prongs, tightening of settings and replacing worn metal. Just like soles on shoes or tires on a car, metals wear down over time, especially when worn more frequently.

To ensure longevity in each item, industry standards suggest having stones checked by a professional jeweler every 6-12 months.

To clean your jewelry : Warm water and mild soap with a soft toothbrush is best at home.

For a deeper cleaning, bring your jewelry into the shop. We'll inspect it to make sure no repairs are needed and we'll give it a professional cleaning. *Inspection and simple cleaning is free of charge. For a deeper cleaning, re-polish, etc charges may apply.

We get it, jewelry can break, and accidents do happen! We will gladly inspect your jewelry, advise you and repair your jewelry for a reasonable fee.

Fine jewelry is durable, yet also delicate, and should be treated with care and respect. Do you garden with it? Rock climb with it? Weight train with it? We can tell by looking at jewelry how it has been treated.  We are not responsible for any damage to your jewelry due to negligence or abuse.
