Refund policy

The size and nature of our business does not allow us to offer returns in the way that a larger retailer can. However, Danielle Miller Jewelry will happily offer exchanges or store credit on ready-to-wear items. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for custom, made-to-order items, or personalized items (engraving or other custom modifications).

  • Exchanges / Store Credit must be made within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your wish to exchange.

  • For qualifying orders placed in the month of December, we're happy to extend our exchange deadline to January 15th. All other terms apply.

  • Items must be in their original and unworn/unused condition

  • Custom projects, re-sized rings and made-to-order items are final sale

  • All sale items items are final sale

  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping/insurance.

Danielle Miller Jewelry stands behind its work and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This includes any defects in craftsmanship, which we will gladly take care of (if the item exhibits no sign of having been subjected to unusual stressors) within one year of purchase. If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we release all responsibility for that piece. 

To ensure longevity in each item, industry standards suggest having stones checked by a professional jeweler every 6-12 months.  (Please see Our Guarantee/Warranty Policy for more information)
